How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Enter the Sweepstakes at www.southernladymagazine.com/texas by completing the online entry form by providing your name, complete address, phone number and valid e-mail address. Limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address.

Sweepstakes begins at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on August 12, 2010 and ends on entry deadline of 1:00 p.m. ET on October 13, 2010. All entries must be received by the entry deadline. You may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails from Sponsor(s) or affiliates of same. Consent is optional and does not affect your eligibility or improve your chances of winning. Information provided by you to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to the privacy policy of Hoffman Media. All entries become the property of Hoffman Media and will not be returned or acknowledged. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their state of residency at the time of entry. Employees of Hoffman Media, Texas Office of the Governor, Economic Development and Tourism and the affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, suppliers, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Prize: One winner will be selected and will receive a Baroque Framed Chalkboard from Texas online boutique wisteria.com. The difference between actual retail and estimated retail value of prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable, and no cash in lieu of prize, or exchange or substitution of prize except at discretion of Hoffman Media who reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the estimated retail value of the prize, and may be required to sign a Release of Liability and/or Statement of Eligibility. Failure to submit any required documents will result in disqualification.

Drawing and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Hoffman Media on or about October 20, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Selected winner will be notified on or about October 27, 2010 by e-mail, mail, or phone, and must accept prize within twenty-four (24) hours from time of notification, or selected winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
