Cinnamon Café Latte
Makes 4 servings
2 1/2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup freshly brewed strong espresso
1/2 cup cinnamon syrup*
Garnish: cinnamon sticks, cinnamon sugar
1. In a medium saucepan, combine milk and vanilla over medium heat. Whisking constantly, heat milk for 5 minutes, or until milk begins to steam; do not boil. Remove from heat. Add espresso and cinnamon syrup, whisking to combine. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and cinnamon sugar, if desired.
*For testing purposes, we used Monin brand cinnamon syrup. Available where Monin syrups are sold or at monin.com.
