Ingredients
  1. 1 head green leaf lettuce, washed and torn
  2. 1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and torn
  3. 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. 4 large carrots, thinly sliced
  5. 1 seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
  6. 1 (6-ounce) package radishes, thinly sliced
  7. 1 pound smoked turkey, cut into ¼-inch cubes
  8. 1 pound deli ham, cut into ¼-inch cubes
  9. 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  10. 8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  11. Thousand Island Dressing (recipe follows)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuces, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, and radishes.
  2. Top with turkey, ham, cheese, and egg. Serve with Thousand Island Dressing.

Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients
  1. 2 large eggs*
  2. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  3. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  4. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  5. 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  6. 2 cups extra-light olive oil
  7. 1/2 cup ketchup
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In the work bowl of a food processor or container of a blender, combine eggs, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, and garlic. Process until well combined. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil. Add ketchup, salt, and pepper. Process until combined.
