Event Details

Registration
Registration is $299 and includes all activities listed on the Schedule of Events unless otherwise noted. Register a group of 10 or more and receive $50 OFF each registration! A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to register. The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or checks made payable to Southern Lady Inspiration. Incremental payments can be made at any time. Full balance is due on or before March 15, 2010.

We anticipate registration will fill up quickly and recommend completing registration as soon as possible to secure your space.

If you register online, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If you register by mail, a confirmation will be mailed to the address provided. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks of registering, please e-mail events@hoffmanmedia.com or call 888-411-8995.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made at any time. To cancel, please e-mail events@hoffmanmedia.com or call 888-411-8995. Please note that the $100 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. It will not be refunded under any circumstances. Any amount over $100 will be refundable until March 15, 2010. After this date, no refunds will be issued. This policy is non-negotiable. No exceptions apply.

Dress Code
The recommended dress is casual. We want this to be a relaxed weekend, so please dress comfortably. April temperatures in Atlanta reach average highs of 73 degrees and average lows of 50 degrees.

Meals, Seating, and Dietary Restrictions
Friday and Saturday dinner and Saturday and Sunday breakfast are included in the registration fee. Seating at meals is not reserved or assigned, but is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Southern Lady staff would like to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please list any restrictions in the noted section online or on your registration form. If you’ve already registered and did not list any restrictions but would like to, please e-mail them to events@hoffmanmedia.com.

Age Requirement
There is no requirement for age. However, we do ask that parents remain with children at all events and activities.
