SUMPTUOUS AUTUMN SUPPER
Surprising additions to familiar fall fare jazz up the menu for this leisurely get-together. A Red Wine Spritzer with Figs and Lime complements a main course of grilled lamb chops finished with a muscadine grape and balsamic reduction. Accompanied by roasted asparagus tossed with mushrooms and watercress, creamy Butternut Squash Polenta offers a prelude to the harvest ahead.
