Blood Orange Mimosa

Toast a loved one on Valentine’s Day with our Blood Orange Mimosa, a delightful twist on a classic brunch cocktail.

Blood Orange Mimosa
Makes 2 servings
  • 2 ounces fresh blood orange juice
  • ½ ounce orange liqueur*
  • 8 ounces sparkling wine*, chilled
  • Garnish: blood orange twist
  1. For each serving, pour 1 ounce blood orange juice and ¼ ounce orange liqueur in a narrow Champagne glass. Top each with 4 ounces sparkling wine. Garnish with blood orange slices, if desired.
KITCHEN TIP: For garnish, cut a ⅛-inch-thick round slice from blood orange. Cut a slit from the center to the edge, twist the slice, and attach to the rim of the glass.

*We used Cointreau Blood Orange liqueur and La Marca Prosecco sparkling wine.
