Chive Vinaigrette

  1. ¾ cup white wine vinegar
  2. 1 (1-ounce) package fresh chives
  3. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  4. 4 teaspoons sugar
  5. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  6. ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  7. ¼ teaspoon salt
  8. ½ cup olive oil
  1. In the container of a blender or the work bowl of a food processor, combine vinegar, chives, Dijon, sugar, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Process until well blended. With blender or food processor running, slowly drizzle olive oil in a slow, steady stream until well combined.
