Milk, syrup, and seltzer water combine to create this refreshingly sweet Chocolate Egg Cream drink.
Chocolate Egg Cream
Makes 1 drink
- Magic Shell chocolate-flavored ice cream topping
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup seltzer water
- ⅓ cup chocolate syrup
- Invert a cold serving glass into a small bowl of Magic Shell to coat the rim. Place in the freezer until chocolate is firm.
- Pour milk and seltzer into prepared glass. Pour chocolate syrup into glass, stirring to combine. Serve immediately.
