Citrus-flavored vodka, lemon and lime juice, and fresh dill brighten a classic Bloody Mary recipe.
Citron Bloody Mary
MAKES 16 DRINKS
Ingredients
- 8 cups tomato juice, chilled
- 4 cups citron vodka, chilled
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice, chilled
- 1 cup fresh lime juice, chilled
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 teaspoons hot sauce*
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- Ice, for serving
- Garnish: lemon wedges, lime wedges, fresh celery stalks, fresh dill, celery salt, ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, stir together tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. If not serving immediately, refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For each serving, fill a tall glass with ice and fill with juice mixture. Garnish with lemon and lime wedges, celery stalk, dill, pinch of celery salt, and pinch of pepper.
