Sparkling Lemon-Hibiscus Tea Cooler
Makes about 1 gallon
  • 10 cups water, divided
  • 8 bags hibiscus tea
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 lemons
  • 4 cups lemon-flavored sparkling water, chilled
  1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat, and add tea bags. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Add sugar, stirring to dissolve.
  2. Squeeze juice from lemons; add juice to tea. Pour into a large pitcher or container. Chill for 2 hours or until cold. Add sparkling water immediately before serving.
