Rum Coffee
 
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
  • 6 cups boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 6 tablespoons spiced rum
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • 6 tablespoons frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 6 tablespoons butterscotch sauce
Instructions
  1. In a small pitcher, combine boiling water, espresso powder, rum, and sugar, stirring until sugar and espresso powder are dissolved. Pour into serving cups. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon whipped topping and 1 tablespoon butterscotch sauce.
