White Chocolate Frosting
Makes about 4 cups
  • 1½ cups white chocolate morsels
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1½ (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3¾ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup to ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate and butter on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with a mixer at medium-high speed until smooth. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until combined. Add vanilla and chocolate, beating until smooth. Gradually add cream, beating until frosting reaches a spreadable consistency.
