Coconut Frosting
 
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup sweetened flaked coconut
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until creamy and spreadable.
  2. Frost cake and sprinkle coconut over the top.
