Cream Cheese Filling
 
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with a mixer until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, beating until combined.
