Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 9 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat butter and salt with a mixer at medium speed until creamy, 1 to 2 minutes. With mixer at low speed, gradually add sugar, milk, and vanilla, beating until fluffy and smooth, about 2 minutes.
