½ ounce Orange Simple Syrup, chilled (recipe follows)
Garnish: orange rind curls
ORANGE SIMPLE SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 orange, sectioned
Instructions
In a serving glass, combine rosé, St-Germain, and Orange Simple Syrup. Garnish with orange rind curls, if desired.
ORANGE SIMPLE SYRUP
In a small saucepan, bring sugar, 1 cup water, and orange sections to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes. Strain mixture, discarding solids. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before using.
