Grilled Salmon with Basil-Lime Butter Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • Grilled Salmon
  • with Basil-Lime Butter Sauce
  • Makes 4 servings
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Basil-Lime Butter Sauce (recipe follows)
Instructions
  1. Brush salmon fillets with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with Basil-Lime Butter Sauce.
