Basil-Lime Butter Sauce
Makes about ¾ cup
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  1. In the container of a blender, combine lime zest, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. With blender running, add melted butter in a slow, steady stream until blended. Add basil, and process just until combined.
