  1. Makes 4 to 6 servings
  2. 6 navel oranges, sectioned
  3. 2 cups sliced strawberries
  4. 1 cup orange juice
  5. 2 tablespoons honey
  6. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  7. ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  8. Garnish: toasted coconut flakes, toasted pistachios, strawberry halves
  1. In a medium bowl, combine oranges and strawberries.
  2. In a small bowl, combine orange juice, honey, lemon juice, and cardamom, whisking until honey dissolves. Pour orange juice mixture over fruit. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, pistachios, and strawberry halves, if desired.
