Hot Pimiento Cheese Dip
Makes 8 to 10 servings

  1. 1 (8-ounce) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  2. 1 (8-ounce) block Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  3. 1 (7-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
  4. ½ cup mayonnaise
  5. ¼ cup sour cream
  6. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  7. ½ teaspoon ground red pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cheeses, pimientos, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper, stirring to combine well. Spoon cheese mixture into a 1-quart baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
