Cranberry-Pear-Rosemary Cider

  1. 1 (64-ounce) bottle cranberry juice
  2. 1 (33.8-ounce) bottle pear nectar
  3. 1 tablespoon whole cloves
  4. 1 large sprig rosemary
  5. Garnish: fresh rosemary, fresh cranberries
  1. In a large Dutch oven, combine cranberry juice, pear nectar, cloves, and rosemary. Bring to a simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove cloves and rosemary. Garnish with fresh rosemary and fresh cranberries, if desired.
