  1. 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
  2. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  3. 1/2 cup freshly brewed strong espresso
  4. 1/2 cup molasses
  5. 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine half-and-half and vanilla over medium heat. Whisking constantly, heat for 5 minutes, or until milk begins to steam; do not boil. Remove from heat. Add espresso, molasses, and ginger, whisking to combine.
