Limoncello Lemonade

Sliced stone fruits add extra notes of flavor and color to this summertime refresher.

  1. 1 cup sugar
  2. 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 cup limoncello
  4. 6 cups water
  5. 1 peach, pitted, sliced
  6. 1 plum, pitted, sliced
  7. 2 sprigs fresh mint
  1. In a large container, stir together sugar, lemon juice, limoncello, and water until sugar dissolves. Add sliced peach, sliced plum, and mint. Cover, and refrigerate until chilled. Serve cold. Can be made up to 2 days in advance.
