  1. 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cup butter, softened
  3. 1 cup finely chopped toasted pecans
  4. 11/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  7. 7 cups confectioners’ sugar
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, pecans, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
