- Yield: 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons toasted chopped pecans
- In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Press butter into desired shape to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze until firm. Unmold, and top with pecans.
