Ingredients
- 6 cups boiling water
- 3 tablespoons espresso powder
- 6 tablespoons spiced rum
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- 6 tablespoons butterscotch sauce
Instructions
- In a small pitcher, combine boiling water, espresso powder, rum, and sugar, stirring until sugar and espresso powder are dissolved. Pour into serving cups. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon whipped topping and 1 tablespoon butterscotch sauce.
