- 1 (16-ounce) container raspberry or lemon sorbet
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries or 2 lemons, sliced
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine sorbet, 1 cup water, and sugar. Microwave on high, stirring occasionally, until sorbet is melted and sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Place a few raspberries or 1 lemon slice in each of
- (3-ounce) pop molds. Add enough sorbet mixture to fill. Freeze until hardened, at least 4 hours or overnight.
