Sparkling Lemon-Hibiscus Tea Cooler
Makes about 1 gallon
- 10 cups water, divided
- 8 bags hibiscus tea
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 lemons
- 4 cups lemon-flavored sparkling water, chilled
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat, and add tea bags. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Add sugar, stirring to dissolve.
- Squeeze juice from lemons; add juice to tea. Pour into a large pitcher or container. Chill for 2 hours or until cold. Add sparkling water immediately before serving.
