Springtime Fruit Salad
Makes 10 to 12 servings
- 6 cups balled honeydew (about 1 large honeydew)
- 6 grapefruits, sectioned
- 3 navel oranges, sectioned
- 1 pint blueberries
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- In a large bowl, gently stir together honeydew, grapefruit, oranges, blueberries, honey, and mint. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
