This delightful St-Germain Sparkler is a blend of chilled rosé Champagne, citrus, and elderflower liqueur that comes together in snap when entertaining any time of year. Serve it with elegant confections like Salted Caramel Macarons or Cream Cheese Raspberry Coconut Bars.

St-Germain Sparkler
Makes 1 serving
  • 4 ounces chilled rosé Champagne
  • ½ ounce St-Germain
  • ½ ounce Orange Simple Syrup, chilled (recipe follows)
  • Garnish: orange rind curls
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 orange, sectioned
  1. In a serving glass, combine rosé, St-Germain, and Orange Simple Syrup. Garnish with orange rind curls, if desired.
  1. In a small saucepan, bring sugar, 1 cup water, and orange sections to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes. Strain mixture, discarding solids. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before using.
