White Bean Hummus with Herbs

  1. 3 (15.5-ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained
  2. 1/2 cup tahini paste
  3. 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  4. 6 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  6. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  7. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  8. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  9. 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  11. 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  12. Pita chips
  1. In the work bowl of a food processor, combine cannellini beans, tahini paste, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, vinegar, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Process until smooth. Serve with pita chips.
