White Bean Hummus with Herbs

Makes about 4 cups
Ingredients
- 3 (15.5-ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained
- 1/2 cup tahini paste
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Pita chips
Instructions
- In the work bowl of a food processor, combine cannellini beans, tahini paste, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, vinegar, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Process until smooth. Serve with pita chips.
