White Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Strawberries dipped and drizzled in white chocolate are simply classic for girlish gatherings.

Ingredients
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag white chocolate melting wafers*
  • 2 (16-ounce) containers fresh strawberries, room temperature
Instructions
  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate on medium in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and smooth (about 1½ minutes total). Dip one strawberry at a time in melted white chocolate, and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Place any remaining melted white chocolate in a piping bag, and drizzle over strawberries. Let chocolate set. Refrigerate for up to 1 day.
