White Russian Coffee 

Topped with sweetened whipped cream, this blend of coffee, vanilla vodka, and Kahlúa is a velvety after-dinner sipper. 

White Russian Coffee
Makes 1 serving
  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 2 ounces Kahlúa
  • 4 ounces hot strong-brewed coffee
  • 2 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Whipped Cream, to serve (recipe follows)
  • Garnish: milk chocolate curls
  1. In an 8-ounce mug, stir together vodka, Kahlúa, coffee, and heavy whipping cream. Serve with Sweet Whipped Cream, and garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.

Sweet Whipped Cream
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon clear vanilla extract
  1. In a chilled medium bowl and using chilled beaters, beat cream, sugar, and vanilla with a mixer at medium-high speed until medium peaks form. Serve immediately.
